N Seoul Tower: Seoul's Beloved Mountain Observatory & Love Lock Landmark

N서울타워

Introduction

Standing 236m tall atop Namsan (243m), N Seoul Tower is Seoul's most recognizable skyline symbol — beloved for its love locks and 360° city views.

N Seoul Tower has watched over Seoul since 1980, and remains one of the city’s most visited landmarks. Perched atop Namsan Mountain at a combined elevation of 480m, the tower offers 360° panoramic views of the entire Seoul Basin. The surrounding Namsan Park is a popular urban forest escape with walking trails and seasonal scenery. The tower’s outdoor terrace is famous for thousands of ‘love locks’ attached by couples. Multiple restaurants including Hancook (Korean cuisine) and n.GRILL (French fine dining) operate inside.
