ORDERING & PAYMENT

Browse our products on the website, add items to your cart, and check out online. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your pickup code.

Yes! We recommend ordering 3–7 days before your arrival. Your items will be packed and ready when you get
to Seoul.

Modify or cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, please contact us via LINE or email.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. All payments processed securely online.

No minimum order. Orders over ₩50,000 get free hotel delivery in central Seoul.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

XX Wausan-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul — 5 min walk from Hongdae Station (Line 2), Exit 3.

No reservation needed. Walk in with your order confirmation (email or QR code).

Up to 14 days from order date. Contact us for extensions.

Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Closed Monday & Tuesday.

Yes! Central Seoul hotels (Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, Itaewon): ₩3,000–5,000. Incheon Airport: ₩10,000.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

No, walk-ins welcome. During peak seasons, arrive early.

Yes, coverage up to ₩500,000. 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

All sizes — backpacks, carry-ons, large suitcases. Pricing: ₩3,000–7,000/day.

Drop off during open hours, pick up next open day. Multi-day rates apply.

SHOPPING CONCIERGE

Send wishlist via LINE/WhatsApp/online form → quote within 24 hours → approve & pay → we shop → pickup ready.

We'll do our best with our store connections. If unavailable, we'll suggest alternatives.

₩5,000/request (up to 5 items). Additional items ₩1,000 each. Products at retail cost, no markup.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Full refund within 24 hours of ordering. After pickup, refunds for defective items only. Service fees
non-refundable.

3–5 business days to original payment method.

Within 7 days of pickup with original packaging. Food and opened cosmetics excluded.
